Great Stay with Amazing Service!

I had a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond, even driving us to the bar for a birthday celebration. The King Room with Sofa Bed was clean and comfortable. Don't miss the onsite L3gacy restaurant for great food before you leave!

The staff provided good service throughout my stay. The young ladies at the breakfast bar were welcoming each morning, which made starting my day easy. I had a missing kitchen item, and it was quickly addressed by the staff getting it to my room right away. It was a convenient stay as I traveled with my family.

Loved the king room with a sofa bed. it was spacious for our family! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for some fun relaxation. Just wish the coffee station downstairs had better options, but overall, we had a great time! 😊

Cleanliness was hit or miss. the curtains had noticeable stains that were unsettling. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, remaining warm despite setting it low. Additionally, outdated TVs were present, definitely not the best for viewing after a long day. Maintenance issues lingered with common amenities, like the washers and dryers needing repair and the carpeting in the hallways showing significant wear.

Indoor pool open 24 hours gets a thumbs up. Rooms need serious updates, old furniture and carpets. Happy hour drinks were a nice touch.

The suite was nice and spacious with a kitchenette which was a cool surprise. Loved the indoor swimming pool and sauna that were open until midnight. The staff helped me get an extra check-in, and the location was decent with shops nearby.

A prime choice for a city holiday in Killeen with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were friendly and resolved our drink billing issue quickly. When here, take advantage of the breakfast at the attached Mexican restaurant.

Helpful staff made the check-in process smooth, and the indoor pool offered a refreshing escape on hot days. The room was spacious, but the carpet was a major downside—stains and an unpleasant odor made it uncomfortable. Additionally, the absence of soap was surprising and concerning for hand hygiene.
